                               RESOLUTION NO. 18819
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
                   AGREEMENT WITH GARY MCDOUGAL FOR THE M'S
                   BRAINERD GOLF COURSE CONTRACT FOR
                   CONCESSIONS FOR THE 1990-91 OPTION YEAR.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
       OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the
       Department of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to 

       execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Gary McDougal for the
       M's Brainerd Golf Course Contract for Concessions for the 1990-91 

       option year so as to provide that the lease will be without 
charge
       to Mr. McDougal based upon the loss of revenues caused by the
       construction problems provided that all services to be provided 
by
       Mr. McDougal and other provisions as specified in the contract
       remain the same.
